IBM, it’s business partners, and customers participated in the summit held in the Longemont hotel, Shanghai. IBM Chairman & Greater China CEO Mr. D.C. Chian and IBM Global Software General Manager Mr. Craig Hayman also took part of the summit alongside with eCOM’s General Manager Mr. Horace Mak.

　　The event was full of presentations and exhibits focusing on B2B and B2C technologies. Various presentations in the afternoon covered multiple industries such as manufacturing, finance, retailing and telecommunication. Mr. Horace Mak was invited to give an insightful presentation on “Leveraging B2B Collaboration to Achieve Better Operational Efficiencies”. There were a total of 8 exhibits including eCOM. Most customers consulted with eCOM experts on their business or technical inquiries and received a deeper understanding of eCOM’s solutions.
